The LANACare baby hat without lace is made using a single layer of the softest merino wool and comes in traditional Scandinavian style. The hat fits comfortably around your baby's head to protect against wind and cold. The hat comes with a woollen tie to keep it in position.

The LANACare baby hat has been designed with a focus on your baby's well-being:

• It is made of 100% pure and natural merino wool. The wool is undyed and from KbT - controlled biological husbandry. This means that the wool is organic - no chemicals whatsoever are used in the production process and there is no mulesing of the sheep.
• The wool is laboratory-tested negative for house dust-mites and therefore particularly suitable for children with allergy.
• All seams are stitched on the outside of the fabric to avoid irritation to your baby's young and sensitive skin
• The hat is incredibly soft and comfortable for your baby's head - it does not itch.

Washing guidelines:

Untreated wool should be washed as seldom as possible. When needed, wash it by hand in lukewarm water using LANACare 20% Lanolin-Soap or baby shampoo:

• Let the wool soak in water for 5-10 minutes and stir very carefully so that the wool maintains its softness.
• Rinse in lukewarm water - NEVER use cold water because it can shock the wool fibers, resulting in shrinkage of the wool.
• Place or roll the wool into a towel, pressing out the excess water.
• Give the wool a quick, brisk shake.
• Let it dry over a mild heat source such as a mildly warm radiator or on top of a running dryer. Never ever put your wool products in the tumble dryer.
